Kitchen Garden Program
Interested in starting a Kitchen Garden Program at your school or early childhood service?
The Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation is hosting a free webinar on 6 September, sharing practical tips and tricks to create engaging kitchen garden experiences – even with limited resources and space.
There is no criteria for becoming a member – only a desire for children and young people to experience the wonders of growing, harvesting, preparing and sharing. You don’t need a fancy kitchen or a huge garden space.
This free webinar is open to all and will run for approximately 30 minutes. You’ll come away inspired and equipped with ideas and tools to take action in your school or early childhood service.

Healthy Lunchbox Week 4-10 February, 2024
Healthy Lunchbox Week is an annual campaign at the start of the school year. An initiative of Nutrition Australia, Healthy Lunchbox Week aims to inspire Australian families to create healthy lunchboxes through relevant and tactful messaging that recognises family food values and practices. Healthy Lunchbox Week highlights the importance of packing a well-balanced lunchbox that supports children’s nutritional needs for learning and overall health. The Healthy Lunchbox Week website serves as a hub for lunchbox tips, recipes, videos, and other credible resources supporting schools and families.
